alright im signed up with cafepress but the designs i have are under this adobe thing and cafepress cant upload em, is there anyway to convert them to JPG,PNG, or PSD so they can upload correctly?
I'm guessing you'll need to be more specific than "this adobe thing" (I have no idea what you're talking about, but someone else might). Are you currently using an Adobe product? Photoshop? Illustrator? Photoshop Elements? If so, you can "Save as" your file into any number of different file formats.
It definitely helps to have a little more info
With most graphics applications, there is the "save as" option, this will allow you to save in a format most suitable for CafePress. You can also export files but look over the save as function.
oops!? sry its uhmm... adobe acrobat reader , ive been trying to save them under somthing else (which ever makes the design look its best) but i cant save them into anything else never mind that i cant even find a "save as" option
Adobe acrobat reader is just that, a reader. You can't do anything with it. Acrobat Pro lets you save as all sorts of different file types. How did you get as far as having something to send to a printer without some sort of graphic design software? If you had someone else do the design work, they should have the files in the formats you need.

as rrc62 mentioned, the app you're using is for viewing purposes only. Aside from taking a screenshot so that you can at least save it from another application, there isn't a lot of options I've received numerous files from clients who got their files in some mishmash of adobe output. I at least find out what the planned output is for the image and give my clients their files in the best format possible. Saves them (and service bureaus) the headache!
