Default Screen Printing Photos (Illustrator/Coral)

So I will be doing a lot of band shirts with live pictures on them. How do i take the image and make it so it looks almost exactly like it normally does? Halftone? The photos will obviously be grayscale. can anyone go through the process with me. Also would I need to up my mesh count? I use 110 right now. Thanks

Default Re: Screen Printing Photos (Illustrator/Coral)

If they are gray scale then a single color halftone will work fine. I've been doing them at 30LPI on 110 mesh but I thin 156 might be a better choice and maybe go up t 45LPI.
