Any other suggestions would be welcomed. | | | | | |
I am just very very lucky...my screen printer is trying to do everything he can to get my illustrations in the format to do cafepress, even though it means his company isn't getting the business.
I told him I would just pay him to get my illustrations on disc format to upload to cafepress.
Ya know, in this business, you make friends who will help you sell you art.......
At least I have.
I can't find an affordable large format scanner except on ebay....and it only works with Mac 8 or Classic.
There is nothing out there for we artists which are affordable scanners anymore.
Everything is geared for graphic artists and that's the way it is.
Andy Warhol is turning over in his grave.
But I will prevail.
I will put my own hand drawn designs on my website, come hell or high water.
And that's the way it is.
I am lucky to have friends in the industry who know my artwork and are willing to help me sell it.
Thank god for my friends with the equipment and software I cannot afford.
I thank God I have people who believe in my talent for original hand drawn illustrations.
Without them, I would be totally out of business.
I love the t-shirt industry....we are artists, not just marketers....and people help eachother.
Long live the artists, who help one another, unlike many other industries.
We are not that competitive, but want one another's work to be available to the public.
Viva graphic designers and original workers who don't want all the computer graphics to take over.
I love Andy Warhol.
