Question I am a Newb to this t-shirt design stuff

Hello,
Thank you for reading this. I am a newb to t-shirt designing. For the past four months I have been designing t-shirts with pencil and paper. I just recently find out that there is a software i can buy that I can like copy and scan my designs. So, I want to know what is the best software i can use for my designs? Also, please provide me with a list of supplies i may need to design my t-shirts. I don't know if this will help or not, but I am a freestyle designer. Oh and i have a bunch of money to spend.

Please and Thank you

Welcome to the forums There are two main softwares people use to design, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. Adobe illustrator is more extensive in its features but more difficult to use, Corel draw is very easy to learn and is also a great software to design with, this is only my opinion though. You will find those that like illustrator better and you will find those that like corel draw better, either one of those programs along with a wacom drawing tablet would work great if you are good at free style drawing. Also with either of those programs you can also scan in your drawings, trace them to get vectors and be able to edit them as you like. Hope this helps
Bobbie
