I was wondering what it takes to work with polo shirts. How do they get patterns into polo shirts? What is the cost for getting a design put into a polo shirts? Do the shirts have to be made from scratch because they are woven in?

Depends on how you want the design done.

I've had polos screen printed, but most of the time, polos are embroidered.

I've seen t-shirt sites selling screen printed designs on polos, but if you wanted some type of striped lines in the polos, you'd probably have to get custom garments made.

I am wondering about how to go about getting designs woven into the polo itslef. How do I got about doing that?

You'd probably have to talk to a manufacturer to have something custom made. This usually requires high minimums (600+)
