Default which fabric print is best

i want to print designs on zip-up hoodies... but i am not sure what ink or what means of printing to use... I dont want the ink to wash or crack off after washing the garment several times... i want my designs to last on the clothing... what do you guys reccomend?

The heatpressers will recommend heat pressing, the screenprinters will recommend screenprinting.

I'm a screenprinter. I recommend that

(if you know what you're doing in your chosen medium, both will work)
