8.5 x 11 is the size that most people who use heat transfers use. You could by an 11 x 17 printer if you need to go larger than that. If youre screen printing, you are only limited by the size of your screen. It depends on the design. Some designs look better massive...some are small on purpose. You can see how big 8.5 x 11 by holding up a piece of paper to a t-shirt. Really though, every shirt is different.
I plan to buy a epson printer in the near future. I think an 88 was recommended. Any way, I plan to do transfere to make a long story short. I just wanted to know cause shirt are only so wide.
