I'm trying to find a font similar to LHF Brianna. I want something like it but more rounded. Definitely need the star over the i. I've seen them in ads, just can't find the right keyword to track it down on google.
Neuropol Nova Bold might work for you. its missing the star but its pretty easy to remake :P
I used whatthefont.com to find it. goodluck.
That certainly looks like brianna but that's not what I'm going for... I already have brianna.
I want something with really rounded letters, not just the edges. I recently saw one on TV for some reality show that might be what I want. Arrgh. I need google to have a 'get what I want' button.
Yeah, pornstar is in the ballpark. It'll work for now -- I'm just trying to flesh out an idea.
You know what's odd? I think I crossed some threshold recently. Instead of finding a free font and just going with it, I'm not working from the other end. Idea first, then find the right artwork/font. It takes a while but the end result is far, far better. I'm not a very good artist so I prefer to get the right font for the job up front. It almost always means less fiddling with the tablet.
Oh, and kids, remember that while dafont and all the free font repositories are awesome, there exists a HUGE world of commercial fonts that are generally much better in quality and diversity. Don't be afraid to pay for some. The good ones are worth it!
I'm especially impressed with Letterhead Fonts and always keep coming back to the retro fonts from Font Diner.
Am I the only one that got a giggle out of Jose's line of:
"Yeah, pornstar is in the ballpark. It'll work for now -- I'm just trying to flesh out an idea. " Pornstar...flesh out...??? great line Jose...intended or not!!
