Default Weird Printer Problem

Ive been having problems with my printer only with some images, I think it may be only with my cyan cartrige, I dont know though. The colors are coming out as you can see but the blues looked really stretched out. Its a pretty new printer, only use it to print my designs out every once in awhile. Any ideas on what this could be? I dont think my ink levels will cause this but I may be wrong.

not sure what you mean by "Stretched Out"?

try cleaning the heads and aligning as well as any maintenance options.

Well, I guess all it was, was low ink levels. I went and bought all new ones and it printed normal. Its just weird because Ive never seen a printer do that with low ink levels and I have worked in a graphics shop with about 8 printers of all types in it. Its a Canon MP510, got a scanner with it.
