Default What I have vs what I need

Hello everyone,
I have some questions of which have not found answers to from other posts.

I have a file in Ill. (attached) which consists of 4 layers:
1. the bg - a solid black object (vector)
2. the border - solid white objects (vector)
3. the fill - solid orange objects (vector)
4. the distress - solid black objects(tiff)

Obs: all the black should act as an alpha (alpha = shirt).

Question:
How do I send this to the screen print(1), what needs to be changed in order to have the result I want(2), what are the best printing methods to have the best result(3), what would be the best cloth to for that printing method(4).

I know this is a lot of questions at once, and thank you to everand any one that helps.

you should be able to send as is. Just state in the art the BG represents the shirt color.

Ask the printer to submit a soft proof (jpeg) before production to make sure everything came over correctly.

always remember to spell it out if you have to. allot of times with my files i'll name the layers....
Background
Red
yellow
blue
distress
and so forth...
also i'll take and put a t-shirt layer in so that they have an automatic refrence to how big, small, and where i want the graphic placed.
