I've been playing around with them and really trying them in Illustrator by saving the patterns as bitmaps then bringing them into CS2 and turing them into vector.
Not sure yet you can easily create your own distressed filters in PhotoPAINT.
I have uploaded (free) a distressed cmx filter in the downloads section of CorelDRAW.com as well as some custom media strokes
im with richard i really prefer to make these things on my own...
heres a fun tip
take your camera phone
find a textured wall in or out of your house. take a photo of it.
put that photo in photo shop and fully contrast it untill its black and white.
"save as brush preset" not you have a texture in your brushes.... simple and very effective for distressing stuff...

I can't get the thing working... What am i doing wrong?
I install the stuff, it even says it found CS3 when installing. It complete successfully but when i start Photoshop i can't find the interface anywhere...
Where are the filters etc...?

they aren't in the filters drop down menu?
That's where they should be if they are installed
