i would like to know what is the best way to do funny saying on t-shirt and what steps would i have to take. don't know if this is the right place to put this if not sorry still new at this

welcome to the forum.Actually you have to think yourself or ask somebody who know about funny saying.But u can adopt some ideas from funny tshirt website.Just type funny saying on your google box

In Illustrator? Just type them up, play with fonts, play with spacing, etc. and print them out. Not much to it.

very simple..
you may also want to through a template of a t-shirt in the program so you can put the text on it and play with how it will be place and where when its printed.

hey..its really interesting working on funny sayings..u know.....try using bold but not so used fonts....try them in 2,3 lines....add splash of orange, bright green etc..at the back of the font..it just chills up the entire design....try it...
