You can upload file attachments to messages here on the forums, though sometimes size limits can make that impractical.

Drop Shadow tool works, but you can also draw an outline (using corel trace) around the object then fill the outline in with what ever colour or screen you want. If your planning to use spot colours using this is the most economical route way makes seperation easy.
