I have a t-shirt that I want to have transfers made from. I was wondering if there is a sevice that can convert the image to film positives to burn screen.

So to try and clarify what you're wanting: you have a t-shirt with an image on it, you want to copy that image to screens, so you can screenprint transfers of the image yourself? And you're looking for a film output service? And perhaps someone to do colour separating?

If you want someone else to print the transfers you don't need to worry about film output, that's for the printer to do. There is a list of transfer companies on this thread:

Where do you buy YOUR custom plastisol transfers? - a list of vendors!

If you submit them the artwork (some will require it in vector format) they can print the transfers.
