It looks like a custom design someone made from different design elements.

I agree. Just some flourish elements thrown together with a skull. Possibly some distressed filters but not too sure, hard to see detail.

Check this site out for some ideas and info.

Well I don't know if there is a true name for this style art as its pretty much just a collage of retro type flourish designs. Wish I could help more. maybe someone else will chime in with a fresh perspective

Pretty much what Richard has been saying is what it is. It looks like old art work layered together. Dover sells old clipart books, or you could try doing a search at Clipart - Download Royalty-Free Clipart, Images, Fonts, Web Art and Graphics. You also posted a link to GoMedia, which makes clip art similar to that. You would just need the pieces and put them together.

You can find those type flourishes at gomedia.us in their vector packs that they sell.

You can also find similar design elements at istockphoto.com.

Gomedia has a tutorial explaining how to put them all together to make a finished design here: The Go MediaZine - Exclusive insights for art, design, marketing and more. » Designing Ultra SceneXCore Apparel!

well i did some searching on what your trying to look for and i used google to do it, but this is what i found which was on the line of what i was thinking of which was vintage, victorian, floral.

Here's the site
Google Image Result for http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/1419465/2/istockphoto_1419465_ornate_designs.jpg

You will also see the KEWORDS: which if this is close to what you want then i would suggest using those keywords maybe one or two at a time and just searching for them until you find what your looking for or until you can come up with a better design to what your looking for
