Default Ambient light

What's the best room light for editing and designing?
assuming that there is 0% natural light available in the room and i'm searching the best available light for best color rendering and low eye fatigue. Fluorescent, incandescent, discharge??? what temperatue?
can anyone help me on this?

Hey, I have some artist friends that use natural light bulbs perfect for color correct editing

Hi, From what I gather some are and some are not, I have seen florecent stand lights, like a desk light, this should be real easy on your eyes because it is spectrum correct light.
