Default Fast Films help, please: The command in Fast Films is not currently available

Hi everone, i just got my file saved for a white bachground and a dark background and its all ready to run the simulated process color in fast films. I close the files and i push the simulated button and then i get a message "The command in Fast Films is not currently available". Should i try uningstalling fast films then install it again or is there something im not doing right? Thanks-Gio

Hi Gio,

When you get that message it usually means that the file is not in the correct format. Make sure the original file is RGB, no Layers (must say "Background Layer") and have no additional Channels other than the RGB composite and individual R, G, B, (four channels total).

I hope this helps and Good Luck.

You followed the instruction for installing right? I believe you have to manually move 2 files. Its been years since I installed my FF. Tech support may be your best bet
