Default Word doc. artwork

I just received artwork as a word document. How do I bring it in to Corel, or should I have them send it as something else?

in corel go to tools > options > global > filters > associate and scroll down on the right side til you see the right file type and check it.

word files are a pain. Really the only way to get them into corel is to open in word, copy to the clipboard and paste special. Word is NOT a graphics program. Probably going to have to have hem print in full color and scan and recreate

How about making a PDF and opening it in Corel? Would that work?

haha, man I laughed when I read this because I get Word documents ALL the time with customer logos. I just usually select the object and cut and paste. Then recreate it.

The only thing worse than Word, is Publisher. Or as some people like to affectionately call it, "Punisher".
