It's possible with some work. There isn't any easy fix to the problem. Do you have a page layout software like InDesign or Quark? Those will allow you to "tile" a page over multiple pages. You would import the picture into one of those and go throught the print dialog box. If not you would have to divide the picture into sections.

Edwin,
I have software that I bought from someone on eBay a while ago, and it's called Extreme Picture Creator. With this software you can convert any picture to as large as a mural size. Here's the link to someone who's selling it.
eBay: MAKE BIG PHOTO QUILTS PRINT PATTERNS MURALS & FRAME ART (item 260101191472 end time Apr-01-07 20:10:53 PDT)

I'd go with the $8.25 one because I don't believe there's any difference between the two. Sometimes sellers will take the same item and price them differently. Good luck and let me know how you made out with your enlarging project!

In photoshop make sure your art is at the final size you want.
Pull guides to create your sections 8.5X11. Save this file as your master file.
Make 4 duplicates of the file. Using the crop tool, crop each file to a section and save. Do this for each section on a new file.
