actually the text isnt stretched
The last line is made to width size, and the other two lines are scaled to the same width, Not stretched.

in photosshop type each line on a separate layer and scale to the size you want.

this one is the same as I mentioned above. The font style looks like Impact. Size LIFE to 10 inches wide than scale choose until it is the same 10 inches wide and the layout should look just like this. 10 inches wide was just a figure that poped in my head.

yes I believe you might need to rasterize the text first. I dont have photoshop in front of me at the moment or I would walk you through it.

Matt, did you try just grabbing the handles on the text and stretching it out?

I don't have PS but that's what I do in my other raster-based program.

Is this what you are looking for?

45 seconds in corel.

Type each line individually
select each and convert to bitmap
Trace each bitmap
Resize to your liking

in your text layer, chose the TRANSFORM TOOL (with my mac it's control-t), then pull the handles to streach it (like Jasonda suggested). It remains vector to boot!

No need to convert to bitmap or trace. The fonts will re-size as vector which is exactly the point of vector files.

Convert to bitmap and then trace just gets you back to the org. vector format.
