check out the industry links page off the main U.S. Screen Print and Inkjet Technology website. youll find all sorts of clipart urls

Most of the custom plastisol transfer companies have books full of clipart mascots that you can use if you are doing plastisol transfers through their company.

If you are looking to buy a book of clipart and you're using CorelDraw, SmartDesigns has some nice packages. I don't know if they are coreldraw only.
