Question Design Colors. Which sells the most?

I usually make one color designs to print on shirts. I am wondering which colors sell the most. I read a thread about t shirt colors, but what about the design color? What can you tell me about this, based on your experience? Dark, light, soft, silver colors?

That is a difficult question to answer. It really comes down to what your customer base is and what color shirts you are selling the most. I have found that dark shirts sell better then any other color and I also find that men seem to like single color artwork on shirts where women seem to like color on their shirts.

You ought to check uot some of the color trend specs out there in internet land. Every year Pantone, The Fashion World, Graphic world , etc. publish the up coming years color trends. These trends can work for all aspects of design.

designing usnig pms colors adn not the normal scarlet red, lemon yellow, etc. always lend to better looking designs. They stand out over all the rest.
