I'm new to using this software on the computer...but I heard I could use photoshop and illustrator, to upload pictures from my digital camera and tweek them with them program but I'm a amateur and was wondering if there were any easier programs....also there asking for like 250 for the software, is their any way I could get it cheaper?

You might try GIMP (like Photoshop) or Inkscape (like Illustrator). They are both free.

There's also Paint Shop Pro (at corel.com) that's around $70 that can manipulate photos and create high resolution graphics.

With any program you buy or use, there's going to be a learning curve. So it'll take time to read tutorials, practice, and figure out how to use the program to suit your needs.
