I'm looking for a tutorial on how to create a white rocker banner w/ text so the text matches the half moon circle banner in paint shop pro photo x2 ?
I want to make sure the rocker banner and text come out good so no mess ups.
sorta like this rocker banner, but Im looking for a tutorial or more information to create my own rocker banner.
every time I try to make one using photo shop or paint shop pro the text does not come out curving with the banner evenly.
it gets messed up.

Can you be more detailed about it? I believe the reason you have yet to get a reply is because that is very confusing. Do you have an example you can show? If so, please show it.

in adobe software such as illustrator or photoshop there is the text tool. there are different variations of this tool. one is create text along a path. path meaning: use the pen tool to create a curve. choose the 'text along path' tool. click on the line and you'll be able to type text in along that curve. don't know what it's called in the corel package BUT seeing as paint shop pro is so great it's got to be easy right?

that helped I made the text first and got the perfect size and length then I mad another elipse white and adjusted the thinkness of the color white and size of of the elipse
to match the text so the text was centered.
then I used the eraser tool and adjusted the rotation on that to cut off the right amount edges and erase the rest of the white elipse so it made the rocker banner.
and were Im using it for a stincile I reversed the color from white to black and the text transparent.
