I have a t-shirt design that requires a fake breast pocket on the front.

Is there any kind of cilpart or graphic that's looks like a pocket but still has a realistic look to it?

Awesome. Yes. Like that top white shirt where it looks like there's a pocket but there actually isn't.

I grabbed it off the web with a search. It isnt a clip art file.

You could always take a picture of a pocket with your digital camera and then use photoshop to posterize it.. you can follow a tutorial here..
