Default working with corel Draw-need help please

Hope I can explain this. I need to design a name. I want to take this first and last letters and stretch them below the other letters and leave the tops of them the same as the other letters. This I can so by breaking aprt the typed name. This is pretty easy but now I want to put an outline around it all. I can't seem to get it done after I have broken apart the name to stretch the two letters.

I can outline it the way I want it before I stretch but then cannot stretch the 2 letters.

Help please--I hope this makes since.

Dad

Is this what you're talking about? With X4 --don't know about previous versions -- you can outline (NOT contour) text, then use the Detail Shape (detail edit, node edit, whatever!) to drag each letter around. Notice the black dots (edit again -- they're white dots, black when selected ) by each letter. You can drag each one individually or marquee select multiple ones. Change size as normal -- double click to edit text and increase the text size. Outline automatically moves around/resizes/reshapes! Note though, it's not a CONTOUR. But it can be if you just separate it.
