I'm wanting to know who to go to for help with T-Shirt Design.
I'm wanting to make a shirt for my sons HS Bowling Team. I want the design to be like all the new cool T-shirts out there with the swirls, etc but with the school logo and bowling of course.
I have CorelX4 but not very good at it. I maily do embroidery but would like to broaden my field.
when I am dealing with high school and college projects, I like to have the kids do the actual design. Hold a contest, let the students vote, and you're done!
That's a good idea but I don't have the time for all of that. I have the ideas just don't know how to implement them. These are going to be shirts for resale.
Are you only looking for someone to do the design work and you do the printing? You may want to try Adobe Photoshop to do the designing, if you not very good at it best to let someone to do it for you. There are lots of people in here can do it for you, including us!
if you can use the text tool in corel you could just find some clip art, import into corel and add your text. then get the file to a local screenprinter to print. if not, you're looking at custom art fees etc. on top of the printing cost.
I Know I'm looking at custom set up fees. I want something more unique than clip art.
The HS my son goes to has some really cool shirts so I want to keep these on the same level. I don't want to use just some templates that other people have.
gotcha. don't know to what extent you know corel but even just 'beefing up' or adding to some cutting edge clipart can be up to par with the new edgy stuff out there. for example check out some of these free vectors for download:
