Default help printing on 52%cotton48% poly blend
can i use regular plasticol inc to print on a 52% cotton/48% polyester blend shirt or do i have to add a solution?

The solution is use the correct ink for poly and poly blend shirts.
While you can use regular plastisol on poly, the problem is that the dye in the poly shirts becomes active at 310 degrees and will bleed into the printed design.
Call your ink supplier, they will help you.
