I want to make a shirt that is a spoof of a big company label for example there are shirts that say Hawaiian in the Heineken beer label format. How is this achieved any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I suppose what you need is a good sense of humor and an artistic talent...
exactly what I am talking about, I have the ideas already but what I am getting at is there like fonts you can find to do this or is it all freehand graphic design that makes these come to life?

It applies to both. There are fonts used by popular brand or familiar brand that can be downloaded from the i-net and some arts are needed some freehand and sometimes both.
What matters most in spoofing is how they spoof the brands not just to copy the art but also to emphasize the new model with the use of the branded logo.
Yes for bigger brands there are sometimes Fonts online that you can use but as the designs go away from linear font arrangements like Coca Cola to arrangements like the Mountain Dew one, there won't be fonts for that. You will just have to let your artistic side out and try to copy the style and flow of the original font.
You can always import the original logo into a graphics software and use it as a template. Then you can try to put your new text over the original file or you have to build the whole logo yourself, using the original file as a template.
Good luck and maybe you could share your results to see how it worked put ;P

Not arguing with anyone, but just pointing out that it is much easier to find the exact or similar font and work with it, as opposed to creating lettering from scratch.
This would look better if I spent more time on it, but was created using Illustrator, mt. dew font, envelope distort with arc warp, then shear..

I'm just saying, if you're planning on opening a company based on modifying existing trademarks, you want to be prepared as possible.
