Default Newbie and need help!!

Ok...I need some help. I am starting to design my own shirts and have bought most of the equipment I need. Conveyor dryer, Cap press (6 color 4 station). The issue however is with burning my screens. My artist can send me psd files but my designs are large. All over prints and/or sleeve to sleeve. My exposure unit cannot handle burning something that large. How can I solve that problem? Also, what is the best printer to buy to print my film...at least for the images my exposure unit can handle and what are the best pallets/platens to use for my style of all over or oversized/non traditional printing. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

An exposure unit is a nice to have, but by no means a necessity. You can just pick yourself up a halogen light or a cheap shop lamp and point it down onto your screen to expose. You'll need to place a piece of glass on top of your design to keep it tight to the mesh. This is how a lot of people do all of their screens. You'll have to experiment with exposure times.
