Today I bought the download from adobe's website and when I go into it and hit organize, I then hit the fix button....then towards the bottom where it says "Edit Photos" When I click on this it says "The feature you selected requires Adobe Photoshop Elements."
It then tells the that I can install it off a DVD, download the trial or I can hit the cancel button.

This software was purchased so shouldn't I be able to use this part of the software? Or am I doing something wrong?

I would get in touch with Adobe... email or phone call...
in the meantime have you tried a re-install of the program?

yeah I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, but it did the same thing. I will call them today. Thanks

I just bought also - only got it at office depot - It will go right to fix
