Ages ago i was designing stickers to wrap my car in and when i went to the place to get it all sorted out i was giving a .ai file of my car, which included the sides back front and top to which i could edit etc in Illustrator. When i asked how she got hold of all this stuff she said they just has a pack that included 1000s of different types of cars and vans that they give there clients to place there designs on so they can get the positioning right.
Does anyone have any idea where i can get hold of some of these? Really need one of a Ford Fiesta 2009 so that i can plan my latest stickers.

Thanks everyone, i was hoping there was a way just to get the fiesta for free for now but i guess not dont really want to spend $49 just on one .ai at the moment.
When i get a little more into it i think i will buy the pack.

Jinkies! You'd think they would sell the car model series for $49 at best. Damn, it's been a while since I last bought some templates. But then again they need to make the $$ too.
dude people get helped here all the time. it's just a rule (no file sharing) that was set up because of fear of copyright infringement etc. if you want to give the file to him, get his personal email and send it through your mail program. but c'mon $49? people pay that everyday for fonts, clip art etc. it's the cost of doing business. and can anyone take a joke anymore? wow.
Not winning , just think it is stupid you can not help some one out with a free file. I paid for it I should be able to do what I want to with it.
I was trying to be nice, emailed to it o the guy and he was happy.
if this is the type of site this is that you can not help someone out and people are childish assholes like you I hope I get deleted off it.
As is exlained in the link above, this forum is very helpful and sharing. However, some things aren't outs to share.
This particular set of clipart was designed by someone else and is licensed commercially. When you purchase a license, you are paying for your rights to use the files. Not ownership of the files and their copyright that you can give to someone else.
It's a common misconception, but it's really only fair to those people who work hard on those files to respect the work they've created. That's one reason we don't allow or encourage that type of file sharing here.
Members here often share their own original work they've created, and that's perfectly fine and encouraged. But if it's someone elses work, it's just not ours to share.
We're more than happy to help people find where they can buy their own license for specific files. Generaly speaking, it's usually pretty inexpensive to buy the rights to use a file. As a business, these are costs we should build into our product pricing or client billing.
