Just got this a cpou[le of days ago and i have some ?'s
How do import new fonts?
where is the 10000 quality clip art found ?
and do you have any tips for me?
Assuming you're on Windoze, Corel will use the Windows font list. Just right click on a font and choose 'install'.
There is clip-art on the DVD under Extras.
There are lots of tutorials on the interweb thingy.
I would HIGHLY recommend using Bitstream Font Navigator. It comes with CD X4, under the CorelDraw Graphics Suite Start menu option. It can automatically find any font on your computer (or specific folders you choose), so if you downloaded 50,000 onto your desktop, just search there. (Though you most likely will have to unzip 'em first)
You can add folders you choose to the program, such as Scripts, Caps, etc. and drag n drop fonts into those folders for easier access. Better yet, those 50,000 fonts you just downloaded won't show up in Corel to bog it down ---that is, IF you don't copy to the default Windows fonts folder ---just right click a font you want and "install font"..... You can of course preview any font with customizable text in various sizes. And all outside of Corel!!!
What is your operating system?
Designconcepts above tells you how to handle files with Bitstream navigator.
You can just drag the clipart into a document or open it directly.
If you're not planning on using a "font management" program, then do this: Copy the unzipped fonts and paste into this folder: C:\WINDOWS\Fonts with C being your main HDD of course....
This is where all Windows fonts are stored. That path is XP, I'm not sure if it's the same for Vista, someone else will have to answer that....

My font folder is easier found in the control panel
