What specifications should I give to an illustrator to have the illustration ready for a printer doing jumbo digital printing?

Also question number 2, is digital printing the same as sublimation?

The printer should have given you the spec's for his shop's production.

Digital printing as I understand it, is printing directly from your computer to the printer heads without all the messy steps in between. Sublimation printing(and it's been a few years since I've done it) involves printing onto transfer sheets and heat pressing it onto the garment.

...although, things might have changed since I've been stuck on this computer.
