Default Best printing method for large designs?

Hello I have thought about all the possible processes for printing designs. My designs are likely to consist of logos/slogans as well large one/two colour prints. By large i mean bigger than an A4 sized paper. Becuase of this I think that digital and sublimation transfers would be out of the question. I am based in the UK and over here the DTG industry is a little behind.

I am thinking of going the route of CAD Vinyl cutter (for the logos/slogans with special effects) and screen printing (either at home or outsourcing it for the large artwork). I was also thinking about buying plastisol transfers but am unsure as to whether this would in fact save me any money

any comments and suggestions?

I think it depends on your run size. If you plan on say 50 shirts of a design then screen printing is your cost effective solution and produces the best product. Heat transfers are an ok option, but always come out a little stiff in my opinion.

Vinyl would give you the most flexibility for one or two colors, especially with slogans.

Depends on the art. When people come to my studio with giant pieces of art, I always advise against plastisol because it gives that gross heavy ink feel that no one on earth likes. Vinyl would give the same feeling.

I try to go water based on most designs if it makes sense.
