Default Selling Tees At Haunted Houses?

Anyone ever sell Tees at Haunted Houses? I have a few cool Halloween/Zombie themed T-Shirts and wondering If it would make sense to try and contact the Haunted House owners and ask If they have vending space? Anyone do this before? Thanks!

HI I am a haunter myself. and while i make and sell my own tee shirts there are many haunters out there that may be interested in selling your shirts. There is a HUGE industry out there for the haunted house market. more than most people think. Where are you based out of. The best advice i can give right now is to simply call them up and ask. The average booth space for most festivals/events is $300.00 a weekend. I wouldn't go much higher than that if they ask for a rent space. It also depends on where you go. I attend national conventions for haunted houses as well as comic books and other events. And $300.00-$500.00 per weekend is what you might expect. However they might not charge you as much, let them make that call. As long as you make it worth their time and play nice haunters are great folks, for the most part. I'll post somelinks when i get more time for the haunted industry.

I am out of Illinois and have yet to do any kind of fair or events so this Is VERY new to me. Halloween Is my absolute FAVORITE Holiday and while I mostly sell Slogan/Funny Based Tees I just am now getting Into more Halloween/Zombie themed Tees. I thought about looking more Into the Horror Fests and what not but I notice the T-Shirt vendors there sell more Movie Based tees that I most likely cannot compete with (even though i am sure that most of them are not licensed shirts). So any more Info or how I should go about this Is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

A possible option to the booth rate would be to share the profits with them. They receive "x" amount per shirt sold. That way you could test the market without a large outlay for the booth cost. Then you would be able to trend how much money you could make per event.
