Bit of a vague question, so hopefully this helps.
Disney is a pretty big corporation. They probably have their own departments that handle sourcing, supply chain, brand managing, merchandising, creative, distribution, sales, etc. As for where it actually gets produced, probably overseas.
The NFL has official licensees that handle a wide variety of merchandise. Reebok is the official on-field licensee, The Northwest Company does blankets, Action Images does posters, Mitchell & Ness does throwbacks, etc. The teams buy merchandise from these licensees to sell at their stadiums and team stores. |
