 t-shirt model contract
can anyone share me a copy of a contract that you use between you and your t-shirt models?
basically, i want to take a photograph of a person wearing my t-shirt and post that photograph in my website.
prior to taking a photograph, i will be offering that person to wear my t-shirt and i will take a photograph of him/her wearing it (and photo to be posted in my website) and in return i will give him/her that t-shirt as payment. if he/she agrees then i need something (a piece of contract) for him/her to sign that he/she agrees to the term of my offer.
