i think you can make more money by printing them yourself and selling them.
but i guess if you buy and sell you don't have to do any work, but then again you make less.
You should also contact sites whose shirts you like and ask. Most will sell you shirts in quantity at a discount even though they don't mention it on their site.
my problem is that i cant find anywhere that sells the transfers (funny one liners) that i can just heat press on
any ideas?

The preferred vendor list on this site has several companies that can output custom transfers. Ganging several "funny one-liners" together should allow you to get a pretty good price per piece. Best of luck
