ok so i want to start t-shirt brand. about to start planning but im researching stuff at the moment.just been looking all over the net but i cant seem to find out about different types of shirts and what the differences would mean to someone with a t-shirt brand. to explain im talking about the material; cotton heavy, lightweight, then theres treadcount and blends of cotton and poly and others. need to know about the quality of different types of fabrics and the washabilty also what designs would work best on them. where to start the journey?

Everything you have mentioned has been discussed and researched by many who have taken the time to post extensive reports/advice/posts on each subject. You have asked a lot of questions in one post, maybe break it down a bit, but as I said all the answers are all here.
