Default Need Help / Best printing technique for this artwork?

Which is the best printing technique for this artwork (cotton/polyester t-shirts)
It has to be top quality and durable!
Background isn't needed.

4 color process or index color. Depends on the shirt color and the abilities of your printer. If it "needs to be top quality" find a printer that has experience in the process your getting.

Sorry, but process color will look like crap compared to spot-you'll never get colors that rich, especially fleshtones, unless you get someone of Anderson Studio caliber. An A1 sep job and print it in 10-12 colors and it will look amazing. I'd also avoid 50/50 and go for 100% cotton, especially if it's any color other than white. You're looking at doing a top shelf print job, I'd use top shelf shirts as well.
