Hi All, let me start out by saying I'm mainly on the screen printing side. We had a customer come to us and wanted Embroidery so I sourced it out to a local company.... I quoted the customer cost for the garments and 2 to 4 dollars extra on my costs for the emboidery. (if the shirt cost $17.99 ( Retail Price..From My distributers web site) and the Embroidery costs $2.78, total cost to the customer would be $22.00. ) The customer sounded like I killed his dog. Am I off base or is it a case of him trying to weasle the price down? I can't go down on the price for shirts because it'll set a precident for My Screen Printing prices. Just looking for a little advice. Does anybody have a chart for sourced out embroidery?

They wanted a couple of items done....10 hats /10 toques/10 shirts and 10 jackets. They told me if the prices where right they'd get more. In the ball park of 15 instead of 10.......
