Does anyone know of a company that would make shipping bags similar to the threadless ones?

There more or less custom printed tyvek bags. There are various versions that they send out but all are the same size and use one color. Just the design changes on them. Here are some photos that I found online.

Any printer can do a one color tyvek envelope. Jost do a google search.

This post from Brian from oddica has some good info on the custom printed shipping bags.

Uline.com does custom printing, but the minimums are pretty high.
