Default What print process is this?

I want to kit myself out with the equipment to print tees like these. Can anyone give an indication as to what process is involved and perhaps what kit gives the best results?

looks like basic screenprinting 1 color and 2 color work......
needed
2 color manual press at the least...
over sized screen for the bigger prints..23 x 31 should do it......
ink
films
printer to print the films
emulsion
sqeegees
exposure unit.... 500 watt halogen would work.

basic screen print setup

thanks for the really swift reply! That's interesting thank you. Do you think heat pressed vinyl could achieve the same level of detail? Or is there any other process that could be more cost effective with similar results rather than screen printing?

You might be able to do the second and third designs with a heat press, the first one looks like it has too much detail and I'm not sure there are heat presses readily available for image sizes that large. The second one really has tons of detail too, for vinyl work.

You're not going to get much more cost effective than screen printing unless you're only printing one or two shirts. The time involved in weeding and pressing those designs would raise the costs, especially if you're making large batches.
