This could be one of several...could be screen print..or heat press vinyl..multiple presses to cover the area or all over print...or dtg

thanks for your quick reply Charles. So no way of telling for sure? The seller claims: THE PRINT IS NOT A CHEAP TRANSFER AND REQUIRES NO SPECIAL WASHING INSTRUCTIONS AS IT IS MADE TO LAST AS LONG AS THE T SHIRT.

Really would like to find out how its done!?

sure sounds like heat press vinyl...it has light feel, can wash, tumble dry on low..and will out last shirt...but the vendor should be up front and tell you how

in dont know if its vinyl or what but...you can do this on photoshop i print faces like this all the time....desaturate the image-gaussin blur-threshold and play with the numbers and the image will look similar to that. im new to printing and photoshop only about a year now but thats pretty simple.

It sounds like this is from an auction site being that the image is on auctiva.com...
with that said, it would be my guess that he (or she) is saying that its not a heat transfer from an art store that is done with an iron or something.
I would guess that its a vinyl. Why dont you ask the seller? Or did you? If you did and that is all they will say is that its not a cheap transfer... then I would maybe steer clear.

Hope that helps somehow.

ps... if you are ordering one, ask if you can return it or not. Then when you get it, I would think you should be able to tell.
