Is there a T-Shirt website program that is out there or do I have to go totally custom? Can anyone refer me to some good sites that are "packaged" programs - or not, even if they're custom. This is a site for the end consumer.
There are so many different options, but there are also a ton of the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). A few come to mind. Yahoo Sitebuilder, Square Space, and Drupal. They let you just worry about the designing and they will code the HTML and Java. Bad thing is, usually only allows you to upload using their hosting but may require some work to use with other HTML hosting. But def the easiest to get a site up and going.

What type of t-shirt website are you trying to build? Do you offer printing services? Are you selling your own line of t-shirts?
What do you mean by "packaged" programs?
If you could explain what you need in a bit more detail, it would help us point you in the right direction.
