Need help for CISS epson workforce 30

hi, i bought some ciss for workforce 30 but i having problem when the ink is almost gone the chip is not automatically reset the cartridges. i need to pull the cartridges out and put it back again. Do you think i got wrong ciss chip or something in the setting. thanks
