I sell mainly funny/slogan/rude t-shirts and just recently hooked up with a graffiti/urban artist and I have now Incorporated both types of designs In one store. Would it be a better idea of separating the 2 styles or Is it better to have a wider variety for your customers?

Wider variety can just mean alienating your customers because they don't find what they want.

Whether to combine or separate always depends on the specifics, but it doesn't sound like you're covering two genres that intermix all that well.

While sitting here giving it more thought, I believe the funny market Is very over done and pricing is crucial (but obviously there is a market for it) so maybe by separating the 2 styles I can sell the funny tees for a lower price and the Graffiti/Urban shirts for more?

Yes, I think that's a good point. Especially if the artists you work with have a name or a following. There's more room for expanding into an exclusive line (like, something higher end) with the artist based shirts in my opinion.
