Default artist fore hire agreement

im sure a lawyer is the best avenue to go threw, but can anyone point me to a sample of an artist for hire and a confidentiality agreement? just starting out a lawyer fee could be out of my budget.

thank you
tony

Tony,
Most artists should have their own service agreement. I can send you one that I use, as an artist, but I'll have to post it later tonite.

Thank You Very Much.
This Is The First Time I See This Therefore I'm Not Sure How To Fill It Out Completely. Can You Please Post An Example Of How You Would Do This? Can You Post A Copy Of The "Full Copyright Transfer" Filled Out With A Pretend Company And FreeLance Artist? Please.

Don't do Art Royalty Contract. It's a headache to deal with. Pay them up front and get full copyrights.

Talking Re: artist fore hire agreement

OMG! DO you guys know how much time you saved me just by having those contracts? Really! I mean that is like money back in my pocket, and saved from the lawyers.
I really wish I had some guidance to give and I would be forever indebted LOL If and when I actually get my feet wet in this business (i am just starting soon) I will be sure to offer you as much guidance as I can. Really, you have no idea how much this has helped me.

My only question, can I use this for such acts such as website creation for my site, graphic designs, logo design, etc... Anything that is designed for my line?

Thanks so much again! I love this place!
