Default Shipping question....

Quick SHIPPING question of you all if I may....

I have read many posts regarding the most cost efficient methods of shipping your t-shirts. Such as FED EX, USPS, UPS, etc. --- My question is: Does it really matter if one is .50 cents less than another? isn't the customer paying for shipping? I would just think that going with whomever is the most efficient source in getting my product to the customer is the best. Unless everyone is picking up the shipping costs of their items -- please clue me in!!

THANKS,

BOBBY

I think you are on the right track. But either way, in my opinion, I would pay the extra 50 cents if I knew it would get me a more reliable service.

I have been in the shipping business for over 40 years. If you want to build customer loyality, price is not the issue. If the difference is .50 per shipment or even 1.00 per shipment, it is not the deal maker or breaker. Give your customer good service!!!! That is what will help build your business.

When I order something online, I expect to pay shipping, and I like to be able to check shipping status online.

If you use a carrier that provides this service, a small extra charge would be worth it.

I have doing shipping for 11 years ups or fedex are the way to go!! If it cost a little more it is worth it as you can insure it and ups will cover any loses.
